All our wines are produced on premises in small, handcrafted batches. We rotate frequently, so if you see a wine you’re interested in, please call us ahead of time to make sure it’s bottled.

Dry White Wines

Sauvignon BlancMade from locally harvested grapes, this limited-batch of Sauv Blanc is from 2011 grapes. Mild and grassy with just a little acid on the tongue, it’s got a nice hint of vanilla due to aging with French oak.

Old Kanuga RedOur first dry red, Old Kanuga is a Cabernet Sauvignon. In traditional keeping, our Cab is heavy on tannin with oak being added both in primary fermentation as well as during aging. It’s a strong, forward red with a bite, perfect for you bold red lovers! |

Horse Shoe RedLight-bodied, Horse Shoe Red is a Chianti-style wine made from a blend of primarily Sangiovese grapes grown in Northern Italy. Tannic, peppery & surprisingly smooth, this is a juicy red that pairs well with red sauces and red meats. |

Stallion Part 3A rich, dry red, Amarone is one of our most decadent wines. Made from grapes that have been dried prior to pressing, the result is a sumptuous, low acid red wine that has complex characteristics of raisin and caramel. Excellent as a special occasion bottle. |

Bat Cave RedLight and velvety smooth, Bat Cave Red is a red blend of 75% oaked Merlot & 25% unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon. Lighter than your typical Cab/Merlot blend, it’s an excellent red to drink on it’s own or paired with a lighter meal. |
